The right candidate would be exceptional at communication and have experience with taking inbound customer support calls, and professionally handling client questions while keeping an upbeat attitude.
We are looking to add people to the customer service team for general customer service (entry-level) and technical support (automotive experienced).
Your Key Roles & Responsibilities:
· Assisting customers with pre and post-sale expertise via phone, email, and/or online chat.
· Provide appropriate product recommendations, utilizing your professional expertise.
· Accepting and processing orders.
· Answering technical questions on installation and/or troubleshooting when needed.
· Continued education on all products including Headlight Revolution, Morimoto, Xenon Depot, GTR Lighting, Profile Performance, and any other new products we may obtain in the future.
· Continued education on all our software in order to best serve our client. These may include, but are not limited to Zen Desk, Slack, Monday, product websites, and ordering systems.
· Active Listening and Active Learning. We expect our customer service reps to provide full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and take the time to learn new information for both current and future problems and decision-making.
· Critical Thinking! It is imperative that our customer service representatives use logic and reasoning to best assist a client in resolving any difficult situations or issues with our product line or services.
· Reading, Writing, and Speaking Appropriately! Our customers expect us to not only understand their needs by reading their emails or listening to their calls but be able to communicate solutions appropriately whether in writing or verbally as well.
· Resolve customers’ service or billing complaints by handling them directly or getting them to the appropriate team to handle them.
· Double Check. It’s always good to double-check yourself before giving a customer the wrong information pertaining to their order or product.

DLG is seeking an experienced, results-driven SEO Strategist who will be responsible for overseeing and developing projects that increase the organic visibility of our websites. DLG is expanding our SEO investment and this role will have a high degree of autonomy and ownership to help shape SEO strategy and projects. This person will be responsible for translating search strategies and techniques, competitive/market data, and business trends into actionable initiatives. The SEO Strategist will ideate and execute local, mobile, technical, and general SEO campaigns across the full portfolio of brand and eCommerce sites. This role will also work cross-functionally with key stakeholders in product, marketing, and IT/Ecom to ensure SEO best practices are applied across the business.
This candidate is a leader in product page development and an SEO-focused eCommerce content specialist passionate about growing our brands, driving qualified traffic to our product pages and brand stores, and promoting consumer sales through informative, highly-converting product page content. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with splitting time between SEO and content writing/optimizing responsibilities. The SEO specialist should be well-versed in Google shopping and Amazon as well as other eRetail algorithms and the factors that contribute to a listing’s success to rise in rankings. Strong knowledge of keyword research to identify relevant keywords for both consumer-facing copy and back-end search terms is key.
What You’ll Do
· Translate emerging local, mobile, and technical SEO strategies into actionable initiatives with clear objectives and measurable success goals
· Using leading tools to analyze keyword, traffic, user, and business trends to gain insight and take action
· Research, collect data and understand the consumer decision logic for our products
· Communicate features & benefits in clear, concise ways that resonate with buyers
· Optimize existing products listings (titles, bullets, description, metadata) to better incorporate relevant search terms
· Leverage SEO and paid search performance to identify relevant keywords
· Work closely with the product team creatives to ensure copy tone and style are consistent with brand visual tone and style guides
· Collaborate with the media team as needed to provide strategic recommendations
· Help design SEO experiments and test new strategies and opportunities for growth
· Lead, manage, and execute SEO projects that involve cross-functional stakeholders
· Grow the business through technical SEO, data analysis, and various optimizations
· Understand each department’s SEO needs and evangelize SEO internally
· Establish short and long-term performance metrics and KPIs around SEO, own reporting
