DESCRIPTION
Upgrade your 09-14 Dodge Ram HD with a complete Morimoto lighting package. The previous XB headlight choices have been replaced by XB Evo, XRGB Evo, and XB Evo Hybrid options, while the existing red- and smoked-lens XB LED tail-light choices remain available.
The Morimoto XB Evo headlights (LF2-520) use two Type 1 Ishida Bi-LED projectors plus a dedicated Type D high-beam assist in each assembly. Their daytime running lights can be configured in white or amber, and the turn signals can operate sequentially or with a fade-off effect. A multi-stage welcome sequence and logic-controlled 50-watt lens-heating system add premium functionality. Standard drivers are DOT and FMVSS108 compliant; optional LF2-DRVSC20 Supercharged Drivers are intended for off-road use only.
The Morimoto XRGB Evo headlights (LF2-520R) use the same dual Ishida Bi-LED and dedicated high-beam-assist platform, adding Bluetooth-controlled RGB daytime running lights. With RGB control disabled, the DRLs can be configured in white or amber, and the turn signals can run sequentially or with a fade-off effect. Because the RGB DRL system and smoked side markers are not DOT compliant, owners should follow all applicable local laws.
The Morimoto XB Evo Hybrid headlights (LF2-520Y) retain the dual Type 1 Ishida Bi-LED projectors in a streamlined piano-black package. They use a fixed white DRL and an instant-on/fade-off turn signal while omitting the full XB Evo's dedicated high-beam assist, configurable lighting modes, and lens-heating system. Standard drivers are DOT and FMVSS108 compliant; optional LF2-DRVSC20 Supercharged Drivers are intended for off-road use only.
The retained Morimoto XB LED tail lights for 09-14 Dodge Ram HD remain available in red and smoked lens finishes. Their three-dimensional LED optics handle the brake and turn functions, bright LED reverse lights improve rearward visibility, and factory-style connections simplify installation. The tail lights meet applicable DOT and SAE requirements and support Morimoto's optional Backup Light Boost Bar.
